And now the final lesson:

The hidden growth that lies at the bottom of the preacher curl-how to gain 80% more growth from your preacher curls

You know how we ignore the last few inches at the bottom of the preacher curl, you know when you are failing during a set of preacher curls and you know that if you allowed yourself to sink into that few inches you will not be able to get out of that region, well by not going into that region you are robbing yourself of 80% more growth stimulation you could be receiving. How a simple tweak" on the preacher curl can give you 81.7 % More gains without any additional effort.

So here is how we do it: You know how hen you reach failure during a set of biceps curls or preacher curls, you cant seem to get those last few inches on the last rep of a set when you have a straight writs.

This can be avoided by curling your wrist as in a wrist curl in those last few inches of a rep or those last few reps. By curling the wrist you reduce the force applied to the movement which allows you to grind those last growth producing reps, it is the equivalent of a forced rep without using a partner

The flames of hyper-growth will lick at each individual muscle fiber of your biceps but you will be able to ignore the pain, as you realize the instant growth stimulation you are receiving as your forearms nurse, rather than hinder your biceps from entering new levels of super growth…. what this means is that you need to build up your forearms if you want massive biceps and triceps
