Lesson One For Astounding Arm Growth

Use Proper form

When I say proper form I mean textbook style form, with no cheating of any kind. It means eliminating momentum and all those fancy high intensity principles

1. You are not training hard enough...this ties directly with proper form, i can tell you
This, training with the right form -text book style will limit the
Amount of weights you can use, but will also give you phenomenal results
Every time and this is true no matter how heavy you train or how my programs you have tried in the past and failed

In fact, done right a properly executed set of standing arm barbell curls will have you feeling faint...with the amount of intensity generated.

In fact if it is heavy enough you might very well vomit...Knowing that I ask, "When was the last time you actually felt sick after a set of curls..." did you answer never? Then hat explains your poor arm development.
Training arms in many ways should feel like training for legs...it is excruciating to say the least.
By standing against a wall as you curl. I recommend you use the arm blaster as it is cheap an will give you a quantum leap in the gains you will experience.

Listen folks, I know this tip sounds too easy and too common, but here is what I want you to do on your next biceps, triceps workout.Simply supplant your back on a wall, and use slow and perfect form to perform standing barbell curls, you will notice how quickly your arms tire out and how weaker you are.

There will be an urge to cheat up the weight, to make it easier, but I urge you to refrain from doing this, you will soon see that the arms reach positive failure rather quickly without cheating or bad form, and you will experience a skin tight and, skin stretching pump, that will engorge your muscles with nutrient rich blood allowing your arms to GROW! GROW AND GROW SOME MORE!!

In fact if the weights used are heavy enough and you really do strict repetitions, you might feel nauseated rather quickly.it would be like performing a set of heavy squats...a sure sigh of the intensity being generated....Try this simple principle and watch what happens to your arms...
